You must register by the Thursday before a Tuesday meeting, or the Monday before a Friday meeting, to be guaranteed a meal.

Cancellation Policy

Meeting cancellations made one full business day or more prior to the meeting day will receive full refund or credit. Cancellations made on the day prior to the meeting, or on the day of the meeting, will be responsible for full payment.

  • For a Tuesday meeting, you must cancel your reservation before the previous Monday.
  • For a Friday meeting, you must cancel your reservation before the previous Thursday.
