Art Competition Note: Due to low numbers in previous years, the Society has opted against holding a Technical Art Competition at the International level. We are, however, holding a local Art Competition in the Twin Cities Community, along with the Technical Publications and Online Communication. Technical Art entries that win awards will not progress to the International Competition this year (but they may be entered in Technical Publications design category).
International Entry fees:
Entries achieving Best of Show, Distinguished, and Excellence awards can be submitted by the competition manager to STC's International Competition. Please Note: Due to financial constraints this year, the Twin Cities Community will cover the cost of international fees for the chapter's Best of Show winner only. All other Distinguished and Excellence winners will be responsible for their own fees if they wish to proceed to the International competition. We do have limited funds to subsidize members fees for Distinguished awards; please contact Pat Overbo to request subsidy. $150 per entry if recieved by February 15. $200 per entry if received by March 15.
