Entries achieving Best of Show, Distinguished, and Excellence awards at the local/regional level can be submitted by the competition manager to STC's International Competition. Please Note: Due to financial constraints this year, the Twin Cities Community will cover the cost of international fees for the chapter's Best of Show winner only. All other Distinguished and Excellence winners will be responsible for their own fees if they wish to proceed to the International competition. Please contact Pat Overbo for details.
